Church of Santa Mar\u00eda de los Reyes<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strolling from the town hall along Santa Engracia street, you will reach the Plaza del Gaitero, a charming corner of Laguardia where you will find one of its most important treasures: the <\/span><b>Church of Santa Mar\u00eda de los Reyes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its construction began in the twelfth century and was completed in the sixteenth century, which gives it a great architectural richness,<\/span><b> reflection of several periods<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Originally, it formed part of the town&#8217;s defensive system, defending the town from possible threats.
