We arrived at the station and took the train from Lisbon, and were immediately enveloped by the mysterious and aristocratic air of this very special corner of Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sintra, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site<\/strong>, is famous for its stunning palaces and castles. But we cannot forget the beautiful environment in which it is located, surrounded by hills and nature that overflows with splendor.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our visit was brief but intense, despite the 45-degree heat. We left wanting to wander through all of its cobbled streets and explore every corner of its palaces. Although some say one day is enough to visit, we were captivated by its beauty and wish we could have gotten lost in it for longer.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
